How to reset your Password

To reset your password follow these 3 easy steps

Step 1

Click on the "MEMBER PORTAL LOGIN" link in the top right hand corner

Step 2

Click on the "Reset Password" link just below the blue Log in button

Step 3

Enter your correct e-mail address and press confirm (Ensure you use the e-mail address you used to register your memberships with!)

Step 4

Once you have completed these 3 simple steps you should receive a password reset mail from Helivac. Please check your e-mail “inbox” as well as your “spambox” for the password reset mail and follow the reset steps outlined in the mail.
